The mastery of basic minor oral surgical skills should be part of the core knowledge of all dental officers. This 1-and-a-half-days course focuses specifically on third molar surgery. This course will include discussion on infection control - aseptic technique, basic maxillofacial examination and documentation, flap design, suturing and clinical application of analgesics and antibiotics in dentoalveolar surgery.
